Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform and checkout technology. Your contract for products purchased from this store is with PlantKeep, not Shopify.

3. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, the website may only be used with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, and any purchase must be made by an adult.

• suspected fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity;

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method without undue delay.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise the relevant payment provider to process the payment.

Your order may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be authorised or if additional verification is reasonably required to prevent fraud.

We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details. Payments are processed by Shopify and/or the payment providers made available at checkout.

8. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to any specific conditions shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or combined with another offer.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is an obvious error, fraud or misuse. This will not affect an order already accepted unless permitted by law and handled fairly.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom. Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs and tracking information are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed where applicable at checkout.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has begun.

Risk of loss or damage remains with PlantKeep until the products are delivered to you or to a person or safe location you have authorised. Your statutory rights regarding late, lost or damaged deliveries remain unaffected.

10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
